We are pleased to announce that our team at Damart have been awarded this month’s Team of the Month.

Operating across the client’s Bingley and Steeton sites, this team has become a beacon for consistency and professionalism: the team has been awarded Team of the Month and nominated for Team of the Year on several occasions, officially taking back to site the Team of the Year accolade, as joint winners, in 2024.

A huge congratulations to the team members who make this success possible – Adam, Abbas, Supervisor Dave and Michael.

On this occasion, the team was put forward by Operations Manager Richard Grundy, who highlighted their exceptional alertness and proactive approach to site safety in near miss reporting.

Their meticulous attention to detail regarding near miss spotting and reporting acts as an early warning system. “It allows us to highlight trends and adopt proactive strategies, ultimately strengthening the security culture for our clients, ensuring a safer environment
for everyone on-site,” said Richard.
